Leftover veggies from yesterday’s langalló with cheese, chili and brown bread.
Not a bad way to treat a heartbreak.
Well, that’s just true. It happened once or twice…
Langalló is a salty kind of bread scone, which is made from 1 tsp baking powder, a pinch of salt and 20 dkg (spelt) flour ||| 2 dl milk, 0,5 dl olive oil, 1 egg. It’s baking time is only 10 minutes [175°].
You can use any veggies you like with garlic/spice/cream. Just steam them nicely in your pan and if they’re done, put them on top of the baked langalló. It will take another 10-15 minutes in the oven to make them ready and yummy.
Easy and healthy, huh? =＾● ⋏ ●＾=
He said it’s good for cold. Next time I should try it.
It’s a must bake! :O
Can’t help it but I absolutely love snowflakes.
